It always amazes me how “God Works in Mysterious Ways”. I was searching the internet this week for any new information about Inflammatory Breast Cancer as our goal is to keep our readers informed of this devastating disease and any new medical breakthroughs or miracles that may have happened.In my search I found another survivor – and she only lives a few miles down the highway from me. Her name is Heidi Marble and she has written a wonderful book about her personal battle with IBC. In addition to the book, she has started a unique form of art: taking jewelry donated by cancer patients and their families and putting them on mannequins. The display and sale of this art has helped bring attention to our cause and helped fund a lot of patients' basic needs. The artwork is also available for purchase or rent as a motivation for people to donate to the fight against breast cancer.
