We "met" through our blog and even though she lives thousands of miles away and we may never meet in person, she is still one of our sisters in her battle against this devastating diagnosis and our hearts go out to her and her family.
She has endured months of chemotherapy and is now going facing surgery this week to remove her diseased breast. We know how hard this is for her. We understand her fears and sense of loss. We sympathize with her and we are praying for her. We are praying for her husband so he can remain strong and help her win this war. We pray for her children as they are all too young to understand what is happening to their mommy. And we pray that a cure for IBC is found soon so that she survives ... so she can dance at her daughter's weddings ... so she becomes a grandma someday to her young son's children ... so she can grow up to be an old, old woman and celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary.
We are all sisters at heart in this fight against breast cancer. Please say a prayer for her and for all women who are fighting for their lives against Inflammatory Breast Cancer and all other forms of Breast Cancer. You are in our thoughts and prayers Lynne...... and we know that very, very soon you will be on the 'survivor's list' also.
You are in our Lovin' Prayers, Jan & Julie
